From 1999 to 2004 Wayne worked as a producer/director with Garry McQuinn and Liz Koops at London-based Back Row Productions, steering such shows as Slava’s Snowshow, Tap Dogs, Mum’s the Word, Fosse and Gumboots to international success. When Back Row was acquired by Clear Channel Entertainment, Wayne became Creative Director, CCE (Europe). Gumboots toured for over six years.
